The Red Shirts have accepted a reconciliation plan proposed by Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, which is to include the dissolution of Parliament and new elections in November, but protest leader Nattawut Saikua says they will not leave their camp site in Bangkok's central commercial district until the government has accepted responsibility for a clash with troops in April that killed 26 people, and returned to air the channel People's Television. The government has agreed to meet both demands.
